Tissue-Tek® Xpress® x120 is a continuous rapid tissue processor.
In the treatment of tissue before examination under the microscope, tissue processing, which includes dehydration, clearing and paraffin infiltration, is the lengthiest of these treatment steps. Tissue processing lasts ten hours or more and is the major bottleneck in the workflow of histopathology laboratories. Tissue processing time with Tissue-Tek®Xpress® x120 is one hour and new batch can be added in every twenty minutes.
