This is the overtube for esophageal ESD, which provides new ESD technique with adequate tissue traction. It is equipped with the built-in side channel through which standard grasping forceps is passed in order to tract mucosal flap, and it is designed to be rotated around the endoscope. This allows adjustable tissue manipulation that is totally independent of endoscope handling.
